Tonight we completed all of the raiding in Cataclysm with a realm first Madness of Deathwing 25 heroic kill. On top of which we also completed the legendary daggers "Fangs of the Father" for Tamida providing him with Golad, Twilight of Aspects and Tiriosh, Nightmare of Ages. Into which he promptly put epic +Int gems. Without further ado the Madness kill:




And the daggers (bat wings!) accompanied by the two mounts we got from the heroic Madness kill:




Of course after keeping clear of the screenshot everyone else could hardly resist rushing in to get their picture taken as well...



This has been a difficult expansion. Blizzard have seemingly done everything in their power to kill off 25 man raiding. Nevertheless we have persevered and are now reaping the rewards - an overall rank within the top 250 guilds in the world and a 25 man ranking just outside the top 100. Up there with some of our best expansion finishes. Thank you to all guild members past and present who have helped us get here today.

Late last night (or early this morning depending on your timezone) we took down arguably the hardest boss in the game at the moment - Spine of Deathwing on 25 man heroic mode:



We had spent a lot of time working on it and after the changes in the recent patch we knew this week was going to be important. Everyone put in a huge amount of work on Wednesday and Thursday to set us up for this kill and should be rightfully proud of it. One more to go.

Tonight we killed Warmaster Blackhorn on Heroic:



That puts us on 6/8 Heroic on 25 man. Next up Spine of Deathwing!

After gradually working towards it over the past few raids and having done it on 10 man over Christmas we killed Ultraxion heroic on 25 man tonight:



Putting us on 5/8 heroic 25 man and 6/8 heroic overall. Next up Warmaster Blackhorn on 25 man heroic!
